Join us on Wednesday 29 May to experience the magic of the Swiss Kombucha Company brewing workshop. You will learn about the process of creating a delicious Kombucha, understand the art of fermentation and learn the secrets to brewing the perfect drink! 

The workshop will cover the entire process of how to make Kombucha from start to finish – the ingredients needed, the first fermentation process, the second fermentation process, the bottling procedure, and then the most important part as we will enjoy the opportunity to taste some delicious Swiss Kombucha Company flavours. 

All participants are encouraged to ask as many questions as they want. This ensures group activity as well as making sure that everyone gets the proper knowledge on how to brew. 

Cost: CHF 40, which includes all beverages and lovely flying dinner buffet to complement the Kombucha drinks.
